Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga connects us to the power of self awareness, the perfect vehicle for change. It consists of simple yogic techniques which can be practiced by everybody. It keeps the body in shape and trains the mind to be strong and flexible, allowing better coping with changes and stress. Kundalini Yoga offers remedies for stress, fatigue and depressive illness and all other ills of your age by teaching that external stimulants are not the answer, all the answers are to be found inside yourselves. The beauty of this Yoga is that it becomes a tool for creating positive thoughts.

Yin / Yang Yoga

Yin Yoga uses floor poses held in stillness for 3-5 min (or longer), allowing these passive, long holds to strengthen and lubricate joint tissues in a way that most other practices cannot. Yin exercises targets the body’s connective tissues, including the ligaments, bones, cartilage and tendons, as well as myofascial; all mayor but often ignored components of flexibility, mobility, strength and structure.

Yang yoga poses often emphasize strength and endurance, they are active, powerful, and generate heat in the body. An active practice (of varying styles) that emphasizes heat and strength in the body. Since yang yoga incorporates many different styles, the classes will all be different.Careful attention is placed on your breath to generate energy throughout the practice. Physically, you will build strength and flexibility, endurance and improved energy levels

Traditionally, yin and yang are thought of as complementary (not opposites). Thus, balancing your more physically demanding yoga practice with gentle and restorative postures can be a way to create balance and harmony.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep or psychic dream is a meditation practice that brings you into a state of deep relaxation. It has the advantage that it is practiced lying on the back, in the position of relaxation (Savasana). The comfort provided by this posture greatly facilitates the deepening of consciousness as often the first obstacle that we find in meditation is the difficulty of relaxing in the classical postures of meditation. When the state of Nidra is attained, the mind becomes very receptive, the memory becomes clearer and stronger, the imagination unfolds through the appropriate channels, it enhances learning and manifests intuition and deep knowledge.

Meditation: Brings clarity and self realization, clearing the trash from your subconscious. Meditation is a cleansing process you’re cleaning out and getting rid of negativity that has been covering up the divine light inside you. When you sit quietly and turn the focus inward you become very aware of what’s going on in the background of your mind, do not react or evaluate, let them be processed by the mantra. Have patience. We meditate so that our mind can be sharp and alert.

Pranayama: Science to control the breath. As better you breathe as less tension you have in your body, as less stress in your mind. It helps to calm the mind, to raise the energy level and to balance all levels of the human, emotional and mental. Controlling our breathing helps us to control our vital energy.
